We may, from time to time, revise and/or update these Return & Refund Terms, in our sole discretion. All changes and/or updates are effective immediately when published and apply to all products and/or services purchased from Rememery thereafter.
All slideshow sales are final once the slideshow has been generated by Rememery. If the slideshow has not been generated, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team via live chat at rememery.com or by emailing support@rememery.com.
All Legacy Memorial Site sales are final once any media, including photo(s) and/or video(s), has been uploaded to the legacy memorial site. If no media has been uploaded, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase by contacting our support team via live chat at rememery.com or by emailing support@rememery.com.
All QR Code Plaque sales are final once the plaque has been linked to a Legacy Memorial Site. If the plaque has not been linked, you may request a refund by contacting our support team via live chat at rememery.com or by emailing support@rememery.com.
Rememery offers bundles contain multiple products and/or services. Refund eligibility for bundles is determined on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Rememery. Please contact our support team via live chat at rememery.com or by emailing support@rememery.com to request a refund of a purchased bundle. If a bundle includes a product and/or service described in these Return & Refund Terms, the product and/or service is subject to the return & refund eligibility as disclosed herein.
In the event of a technical issue affecting your experience, refunds and/or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Rememery.
